STEP 1: Pack and seal your item
Pack and seal your item in a delivery satchel or box, removing any existing shipping labels or barcodes. Your item must be in original saleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and any sewn labels attached (unless faulty).
STEP 2: Attach your returns shipping label
Print the pre-paid returns postage label attached to your confirmation email, and tape it securely to your parcel.
STEP 3: Post your item back to us
Drop your returns parcel off at any CourierPost office so we can safely track its journey. We’ll let you know once we’ve got it. Find your nearest post office.
Please note that original postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In the instance, postage will be incurred by Forever New. Once your return has been approved, our Customer Service Team will be in touch to organise a reimbursement.
