Your Spend and Earn balance should update within 72 hours of your purchase. If you’ve received your order confirmation email, and your Spend and Earn balance still hasn’t updated to reflect your recent purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team. Once you’re eligible for your rewards, you should receive it within 24 hours after reaching the spend threshold. You may have to wait for a longer period for your account balance to update where you have made a return, as this needs to be processed and updated in our system first.
