For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at any Forever New store within New Zealand only, provided all Returns Policy conditions are met.
Forever New items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for return at Forever New stores.
A tax invoice will be emailed to you once your item(s) have been shipped and will be required as proof of purchase.
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If PayPal was used as the original payment method, the refund will be credited to a nominated credit card associated with the account. Please note that the cardholder must be present at the time of transaction.
Change-of-mind returns on sale purchases will be offered as store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method are available only where an item is faulty.
Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, and postage charges are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded, and expire 3 years from the date of issue.
