Sale items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the item is received in a defective condition. For change-of-mind returns, sale items may be exchanged or returned for a Forever New gift card, provided they meet our Returns Policy.
Please note that all exchanges must be completed in-store at a Forever New location within New Zealand, as online exchanges are not currently available.
