If you wish to return or exchange an item received as a gift, please visit a New Zealand Forever New store. Your item must meet our Returns Policy Conditions to be eligible for a return.
If you can provide the original proof of purchase, a refund may be issued where eligible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, which must be present at the time of the transaction. Please note that sale items will be refunded to a Forever New gift card or offered as an exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we may offer an exchange or credit where applicable. In this instance, pricing will be based on the item’s current retail price at Forever New, as original purchase pricing cannot be verified.
